Dry the welding rod, preheat the parts, remove the welding slag, conduct post welding heat treatment if necessary, and make welding records to ensure the welding quality;
After welding, the slag inclusion and incomplete penetration shall be inspected, and the repair welding and re welding shall be carried out in time;
Regularly maintain the welding machine, box furnace and drying furnace, and complete the repair of welding equipment independently or in cooperation with others.
